Privacy

This site runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties, and sets one strictly functional cookie (ft, a signed timestamp that protects the forms against bots; it identifies nobody and expires after 24 hours). For a mental-health-adjacent site we consider this a duty, not a feature: nobody watching, nothing to consent to.

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the time of submission, and whether you ticked early-access interest — nothing else. It is used for exactly one launch notification and deleted afterwards. To have it removed earlier, write to privacy@saudadetherapy.com.

If you apply as a therapist, we store the professional details you submit — name, email, country of license, credential, registry reference, languages, modalities, years of practice, and your motivation note — solely to review your application. Credential documents are never uploaded here; if your application proceeds, we ask for them by email during the interview stage. Applications that do not proceed are deleted within six months. Please do not include health information about yourself or any client in the application.

If you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, and message solely to answer you, and delete them once the conversation is closed.

Hosting and form processing run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) as our processor; submission rate limiting briefly processes your IP address, which is discarded within one hour.
