What to expect when you call

A trained person answers, listens, and stays with you on the line. You don't have to give your name. Calls to the numbers marked free don't appear as costs on your bill. If the first line is busy, try again or try another — that happens, and it isn't a sign to give up.

Not an emergency, but heavy?

If this is about a weight you've been carrying rather than this moment — that is exactly what therapy is for, and doing it in your own language helps. That's what Saudade Therapy is being built for. This page, though, is for right now: if in doubt, call.
